Forum commands

Everything fits on one screen. Lists never scroll: use the ◀ Prev and Next ▶ buttons under each pane.

Getting around

• Left pane: the boards, with live thread and post counts. The tabs show who is Online now and the Recent posts.
• Middle pane: the threads on a board. 📌 marks pinned threads and 🔒 marks locked ones.
• Right pane: the thread you opened. A post too long for the pane gets 📖 Read the full post, which pages through it.
• On a phone, the Boards / Threads / Thread buttons switch panes.
• Every thread has its own link (/forum/#t=123), and 𝕏 Share posts it to X.

Signing in

• Join creates an account and shows your Backup Cache recovery key once. Use 📋 Copy or 💾 Download to keep it.
• Sign in from a known IP address needs just your password. From a new address, a Recovery key box appears: enter the key and the address is added to your account. On the browser you joined from, the key is filled in automatically.

Writing

• ＋ New thread starts a topic and ↩ Reply answers one. ❝ Quote replies with that post quoted.
• Formatting: **bold**, *italic*, `code`, a line starting with > for a quote, and web links (http or https). Everything else shows exactly as you typed it. HTML is shown as text and never runs.
• React with 👍 🚀 😂 🔥 🛸 ⭐. Click a reaction again to take it back.
• ✎ Edit fixes your own posts. ⚑ Report flags a post for the moderators.

Sharing a game log

In Grok Trek, open Choices ▾ and pick SHARE LOG to Forum. A mission-report card with your score, rank, stardate and kills appears on Game Logs. You can share up to 3 logs every 10 minutes.

Moderators

The Fleet Commander sees 📌 Pin, 🔒 Lock and 🗑 Delete on every thread, plus 🗑, ⛔ Ban and 🌐 IPs (the IP address history of that account) on every post, and a Reports tab listing flagged posts.
