Super Grok Brothers 3
An original single-player platform adventure. You are Bix Grok, the youngest Grok brother, in his teal antenna helmet. Cross four worlds on the world map, clear each course, raid the Gadget Huts, and storm Captain Rivet's skyship at the end of every world.
How to play
- Type a name and press Register once if you want your scores on the leaderboard. Without a name you play practice games.
- Press Start game (or Enter, or tap the playfield).
- On the world map: Left and Right walk between stops; Jump enters a course, hut or skyship. Up and Down pick an item from your bag and Run/Fire uses it, so you can start a course already powered up. You move on after you clear a course (huts are optional).
- In a course: walk with the arrows, hold Run/Fire to run, and Jump (hold for higher). Land on enemies to stomp them. Bump blocks from below. Reach the goal box at the end to win a card.
Power-ups
- Sproutberry makes Bix big. A big Bix can break bricks and survives one hit.
- Ember Bloom lets him throw bouncing embers with Run/Fire.
- Glider Suit: hold Jump to float down slowly. Run at full speed to fill the meter, jump, then tap Jump to fly for a few seconds.
- Quake Helm: press Down in the air to ground-pound. It smashes bricks below you and knocks out enemies standing nearby.
- Nova Star makes you invincible for a while, and Life Clover is a 1-Up. Collect 100 coins for another 1-Up.
- When you're hit with a suit on you drop back to big, and from big to small. Hidden blocks are out there too.
The worlds
- Mopes plod about; Shellbugs leave a shell you can kick; Flitters flutter up and down; Pricklers are spiky, so don't stomp them; Hoppers bounce; Snapvines pop out of tubes (they stay down while you stand right next to the tube).
- Skyships have Boomer cannons, spinning Ember Wheels and lava below. Captain Rivet waits at the end: stomp him (or hit him with embers) until he's beaten.
- Checkpoint flags save your place in a course. Warp tubes (with an arrow) take you ahead: stand on one and press Down.
- Goal cards: collect three for 1 extra life, or a matching set for 2 (Moons), 3 (Stars) or 5 (Comets).
Rules and difficulty
- You start with 5 lives and a Sproutberry in your bag. After losing a life you start again at the last checkpoint. The game ends when you run out of lives, or after an hour of play.
- Difficulty ramps slowly. World 1 is slow and forgiving: just a few slow Mopes, narrow gaps, low tubes, checkpoints close together and plenty of time. Each world adds faster and trickier enemies, wider gaps with moving platforms, Snapvines and Ember Wheels, and checkpoints that are further apart.
Fair scores
When you play under a registered name, the server picks the random seed for your game and the page records only your inputs and when. When the game ends the server replays that record on its own copy of the game rules (whole-number maths, so both give exactly the same result) and posts the score it gets. A score can't be typed in or edited, and each game can be posted once.
Autosave
If you close or reload the page in the middle of a game, it comes back paused exactly where you left it. There is no undo.
Leaderboards and chat
The High scores tab shows each player's best verified score and world, and Overall shows the site-wide totals. Grok Chat pops up from the corner. Use Share on X at the top to tell your friends.
All names, characters, art and sounds are original, drawn and synthesized in code for this game.
