• Arrows / WASD — walk (~4.6 tiles/sec). One tap = one tile.
• Shift — run (~1.6×, costs a little energy)
• Space / Enter — act (hoe, water, talk, fish reel…)
• 1–5 — tools · E — sleep (autosave) · G — gift · B/N — almanac
• On-screen pad and touch: tap = one step; hold to walk
