Commands

Mouse: click a tile to build with the current tool; drag to paint roads, zones or bulldozing. Right-drag orbits the camera, Shift-drag or middle-drag pans, the wheel zooms. Click toolbar icons, speed buttons and menu rows (tap a row twice to open it).
Touch: tap to build, drag one finger to pan, pinch to zoom and twist two fingers to rotate.
Arrows or W A S D: move the build cursor (the camera follows); in menus, move the highlight. Enter / Space: OK, build on the cursor tile.
Q / E: rotate the camera, R / F: tilt, + / −: zoom.
1 or [: previous tool. 2 or ]: next tool. 3 or Tab: game speed (pause, normal, fast, fastest). 4 or G: budget and taxes. 5, X or Delete: bulldoze.
Backspace, Esc, P or B: back, pause menu. The on-screen buttons and pad do the same.
Budget screen: left and right (or the − and + buttons) change the tax rate.
Choices menu: pause, how to play, new game, sound, difficulty, save slot, graphics quality and theme.
